None. The lump was found on the mammogram and the surgeon said she wouldn’t have been able to feel the lump if the biopsy hadn’t enlarged it.

All went well.

July, 2004 to September, 2004 Sometimes when I swallow I start to cough. The esophagus was damaged. It will recover, but still hasn’t.

I’m on Exemestane. That’s not one of the options in the box above. It makes me tired. Not if I’m driving or walking or doing someing. If I’m listening to a lecture or sitting in church, sometimes the tiredness hits. Doctors say it’s one of the side effects.

I've got a cold to beat all colds!Views: 129

Hi Everybody! I’ve got the granddaddy of all colds. This is going on week two. In the middle of it, I went to Vegas. I don’t gamble or drink, but I like to stay at a nice hotel and shop and see shows. It was a “girls trip”. My two daughters and I went. Left the husbands and grandchild at home.
We had a great time, but it would have been more fun if I’d felt better. Since the trip had been booked for a couple of months, no way to change the dates. You know how you can get yourself up for something? That’s what I did. The second I got home, I hit the bed and have pretty much been here ever since.
I went to the doctor as soon as I realized I was getting this monster cold. She put me on a very strong dose of meds. I’m still taking them.
Tannya – how was Mexico? Post pictures. Okay? Kristin brought her camera to Vegas, so I’ll see if I can get a picture. We went to see Forever Plaid, (Great musical.) and the Blue Men. We stayed at Caesars and liked it. Usually stay at Belliago, and I like that a lot, but it’s very expensive.
Hugs!
Karen

Karen – Thanks for your comment on my step-father’s skin cancer. I hope you feel better soon.

Hi Karen,
Pics are up! I’d love to see some from your trip! I saw blue man group in boston and loved it as well.

Take care of that cold! Remember how strong your body is and it knows what it’s doing.

Hugs.

Karen – thanks for the nice comments. It means a lot to me. Hope you have kicked that cold.

Thank you Karen for you sweet words on my blog about my fear of cancer returning. I am back to my way of thinking before the Elizabeth Edwards announcement.. I will just keep going with what I’m doing.. Hope you are feeling better..
Thanks again
